Dromaeosaurs had large heads equipped with many sharp serrated teeth. As well they had long arms that ended in slender three-clawed hands that were used for grasping. In the same way as troodontids and birds, dromaeosaurs had a unique wrist joint that allowed the hands to flex sideways. This evidently helped them seize their prey
