RETURN POLICY:

Should you receive a fossil that is not what you ordered based on the photos and description we will issue you a full refund for that item as well as the cost of return shipping once the fossil has been received by us in the original condition it was shipped.

We want you to be fully satisfied with any fossil that you purchase from our website. That is why we provide plenty of good, clear photographs so that you can make an informed decision before you purchase any of our fossils. If you are in doubt, please ask for better photographs.

We are not a “Fossil Approval Service”. and we will not accept returns of multiple items. We have had problems in the past with crafters and small-time fossil “dealers” who have ordered multiple items, then after picking out what they want they return what they don’t like or what they weren’t able to sell. So again. We will NOT accept returns of multiple items.

Should you decide you JUST DON’T LIKE something, you will be responsible for returning the item insures at your expense. Once received we will refund you the COST OF THE ITEM ONLY, not the original shipping charged.

**** We have had many requests to declare LOW values on items we ship to save the buyer on import/duty fees.. 

TO BE CLEAR, WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT DECLARE A FALSE, LOWER VALUE FOR CUSTOMS AND DUTY.. TO DO SO IS ILLEGAL ON THE SHIPPERS SIDE AS WELL AS THE RECEIVERS SIDE… SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DECLARE A LOWER VALUE ON YOUR SHIPMENT

We are SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL again. The ACTUAL International Costs vary and are based on the WEIGHT of your package. The shipping fee shown in the shopping cart is an ESTIMATE and will be adjusted once the order has been packed and weighed.  If an excessive amount was paid you will receive a refund. If there has not been enough paid you will receive a request for the additional shipping owed. Customs Taxes and Duty are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International shipping rates are close estimates that will vary by Country.  Customs & Duty for International Orders are NOT included in the prices or shipping fee. Those are the responsibility of the purchaser.

EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING:

ALL INTERNATIONAL Buyers MUST pay VAT and potential additional customs clearance fees when delivered to your address before the shipping carrier will release their package. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE FEES AND WILL NOT PAY TO HAVE PACKAGES RETURNED TO US BECAUSE YOU DECIDE NOT TO PAY THE FEES ON YOUR END.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

In the UNLIKELY EVENT that an item arrives damaged, you MUST keep the original shipping box and packing materials in order for us to file an Insurance Claim for you. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and you will need be rquired to e-mail us photos of the damaged shipping box and the damaged item.  Once we file the claim and it is acknowledged by the insurance carrier, we will issue you a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS WE CANNOT PROCESS A CLAIM OR ISSUE YOU A REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS

All Personal Information is kept on our Secure Server for our records, and is not used or shared with any company for any purpose. NO Payment Details are kept on our Server. We have NO ACCESS to your payment information regardless of payment type.
