- Placenticeras costatum. This Gem Ammolite Hand Specimen Measures approximately 4” x 2 ¼” x 3 ½” tall. Two whole bitemarks plus at least one partial on the first side. The second side has what looks like a drag mark. Reds through to blues and purples on the first side with some areas of color on the second side. This specimen will include a Certificate of Authenticity as well as an identification Label.
