About ONE MILLION YEARS ago before current time this meteor impacted the earth. In this case it landed in Scandanavia between Sweden and Finland. Scandinavia most commonly refers to Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
Furthermore this is believed to have been part of the iron core of a planetoid. A planetoid is a celestial body that orbits the Sun and is smaller than a planet but larger than an asteroid.
