Maroccosuchus zennaroi is an extinct gavialoid crocodylian from the Early Eocene of Morocco. Therefore they are regarded as a member of the subfamily Tomistominae. Unlike Alligators, Crocodiles typically have long, slender snouts. Furthermore Gavialoidea is one of three superfamilies of crocodylians.
