Carpopenaeus is an extinct genus of prawn, which existed during the Upper Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.  In spite of being 75 million years old this shrimp is very well preserved.

AS A RESULT OF THE WARS, FOSSILS FROM THIS REGION ARE BECOMING RARE AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN!
