Closely protecting a secret youth serum, which he names Utopia, Hans escapes the collapsing Nazi regime with his trophy woman, Anna, and flees to South America. Side effects of Utopia are a greatly increased sex drive, particularly in females, and chronic kidney failure, sending Hans everywhere in search of “donors”, and he’s willing to kill as many as necessary to maintain the youth and beauty of the over-sexed Anna. After a long tenure in Venezuela, the CIA makes a massive raid, relocating the doctor and his youth serum to the United States; then comes a clash of wit and deception, pitting the CIA against the FBI in a power struggle that neither side can win.
